HOSE announces the record date for the remaining 2013 cash dividend payment and 2013 stock dividend payment of FPT Corporation:

Purpose: to pay the remaining 2013 cash dividend

1. To pay 2013 stock dividend

-  The remaining 2013 cash dividend: 

·         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share) for both common shares and preferred shares for employees

·         Payment date: May 22, 2014    

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FPT Corporation on the working days from May 22, 2013 at the following places:

2. 2013 stock dividend payment:

-  Exercise ratio: 25% (The one who owns 04 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share).

·         Estimated issue volume: 68,779,844 shares.

·         Plan to deal with fractional shares:

·         The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 102 shares at the record date, he will receive: 102:4=25.5 shares.
