On April 22, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2013 of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: TDW) as follows:

-  Par value: VND 10,000  

-  Ex-right date: May 05, 2014   

-  Record date: May 07, 2014

-  Reason & Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2013

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND 1,200/ share).

-  Payment date: May 21, 2014

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
