-  Purpose: to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2013 

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-  Payment date: May 22, 2014

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company  -  Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach Dis., Dong Nai Province (on the working days from MON to FRI)  from May 22, 2014, and please submit ID cards.
