CNG: Resolution on dividend payment

CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company announced resolution of the Board of Directors:

-  The Board of Directors approved to pay 2013 final cash dividend at a ratio of 20%/charter capital in Quarter 2.2014.

-  This resolution takes effect from April 15, 2014.
