-  Purpose: to pay 2013 second cash dividend     

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share)

-  Payment date: May 22, 2014     

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Head office of Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company on the working days from May 2, 2014 and please submit ID card.
