SAV: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Savimex Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 06, 2014:

-  Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2013 dividend:

·         Dividend pay-out ratio: 4%/ par value

·         Payment date: expected in Quarter II/2014   

-  Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to choose the record date for 2013 dividend.

-  Article 3: This resolution takes effect from March 06, 2014.
