-         Record date:     March 20, 2014

-         Purpose            for the payment for 2012 dividend in cash         

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share)

-         Payment date:   May 05, 2014        

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at accountant department of  Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company, Floor 9, Cotec building, 14 Nguyen Truong To Street, Ward 12, District 4, HCM City from May 05, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
