SRF: Resolution on the dividend payment

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 17, 2014:

-          Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the payment for the second of 2013 dividend in cash:

·         Dividend pay-out ratio: 12.5%/ par value (VND1,250/ share)

·         Record date: March 21, 2014

·         Payment date: estimated on April 02, 2014

-          Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from March 17, 2014.
