SMA: SMA extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the 2011 dividend payment date of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company will be December 31, 2013, with a payment ratio of 14%.

-         However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay dividends in two times:

-         First time: 1% on January 10, 2014.

-         Second time: 13% on March 31, 2014.
