On December 30, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 of Vietnam Sun Corporation as follows:

-         Stock symbol:   VNS

-         Stock type:         Common stock

-         Par value:          VND10,000

-         Ex-right date:    January 10, 2014

-         Record date:    January 14, 2014

-         Purpose:           to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  January 23, 2014          

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Vietnam Sun Corporation – 648 Nguyen Trai, Ward 11, District 5, HCMC from January 23, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
