Vietnam Sun Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the interim dividend payment (the first installment of 2013) as follows:

-         Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: January 14, 2014

-         Payment date: January 23, 2014.
