HRC: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholders:

-         Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, a major shareholder of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock code: HRC) was late change in the ownership on December 26, 2013.

-         Ms. Trinh Thi Mai Phuong announced to become/not be a major shareholder of of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock code: HRC) on December 26, 2013 later than regulation.
