TLH: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Mr. Nguyen Ho Quang, brother of Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint - Stock Company (stock code: TLH), was late in reporting the trading result of TLH stock after registering to trade on October 15, 2013.
