PTK: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholder:

-         Mr. Nguyen Van Giang, a major shareholder of Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTK), sold 19,500 of PTK shares on July 09, 2013, that make a change of the ownership and not being a major shareholder but he have not had any annoucements about change in the ownership.
