VAT: VAT under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:

-        Issuer: Van Xuan Telecom JSC

-       Stock code: VAT

-     Reason: the Company violated frequently regulation on information disclosure at Article 5, Article 10, Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated 05/04/2012.

-         Effective date: 02/01/2014

HNX will announce the notice allowing VAT stock to be back on trading after the Company overcomes the situation.
