DPR: Reminded of late information disclosure

On December 26, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.2022/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the Board Resolution on appointing of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh as Deputy CEO and Mr. Pham Ngoc Huy as Chief Accountant.
