On December 26, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.2029/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the Board Resolution on changing its business registration certificate for the 14th time dated December 06, 2013.
