Tin Nghia Corporation: Notice of canceling auction

Until 4:00pm, December 23, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Dai A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Dai A Bank) owned by Tin Nghia Corporation, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.437/2013/QD-SGDHCM issued on December 06, 2013 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Dai A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Dai A Bank) Tin Nghia Corporation owned by Tin Nghia Corporation, the auction could not be organized.
