KIMEC: Notice of canceling auction

Until 4:00pm, December 17, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Kiengiang Mechanical Company Limited (KIMEC), there was no investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 15 of Decision No.424/2013/QD-SGDHCM issued on November 26, 2013 promulgating the share auction regulation of Kiengiang Mechanical Company Limited (KIMEC), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
