DongThap Tourist JSC: Notice of canceling auction

Until 4:00pm, December 06, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the DongThap Tourist Joint Stock Company owns by the State Capital Investment Corporation, there was no investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.402/2013/QD-SGDHCM issued on November 18, 2013 promulgating the share auction regulation of DongThap Tourist Joint Stock Company owns by the State Capital Investment Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
