Beton 6 Corporation: Notice of canceling auction

Until 4:00pm, December 13, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Beton 6 Corporation holds by Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.06 (CIENCO 6), there was no investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.419/2013/QD-SGDHCM issued on November 15, 2013 promulgating the share auction regulation of Beton 6 Corporation holds by Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.06 (CIENCO 6), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
