SII: Board Resolution No.26 on Capital Contribution

On December 09, 2013, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation issued Board Resolution No.26. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved to allow Sai Gon Water to contribute 40% of charter capital of Sai Gon - Pleiku Water Supply Joint Stock Company, equivalent to VND36 billion or 3,600,000 shares with a par value of VND10,000/share.
