+         Charter capital after the stock issuance with a ratio of 4:1 to existing shareholders and ESOP is VND1,272,567,580,000.

-         Par value: VND10,000/ share

-         Volume expected to issue: 1,200,000 shares

-         The issuance purpose: to acknowledge the contribution of the key employees, to retain qualified employees.
