On December 05, 2013, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.72/GCN-UBCK to Anvifish Joint Stock Company so that Anvifish Joint Stock Company can offer its shares to the public as follows:

-         Listed firm: Anvifish Joint Stock Company.          

-         Paid-in charter capital: VND279,600,000,000

-         Stock symbol: AVF

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Total offering volume: 15,378,000 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND153,780,000,000

-         Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-         Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
