REE: REE increases charter capital to more than VND2.636 billion

On December 19, 2013, the Board of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) issued a resolution on the capital increase as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to raise REE’s charter capital from VND2,446,433,850,000 to VND2,636,863,850,000 after converting the 2012 bonds to strategic shareholders – Phase 1.

I.    Result of the convertible bond issuance:

-         Number of bond issued: 557,846 bonds

-         Bond term: 03 years

-         Conversion time: after 01 year from the issue date

-         Issue date: December 19, 2012

-         Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-         Conversion price: VND22,000/bond

II.   Result of bond conversion:

-         Number of bonds converted in Phase 1: 418,946 bonds

-         Number of shares after Phase 1: 19,043,000 shares

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Additional charter capital: VND190,430,000,000

-         Charter capital after the conversion: VND2,636,863,850,000

-         Date of conversion: December 19, 2013.
