KDH: Khadihouse JSC receives capital transfer

The Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (KHADIHOUSE JSC) approved to receive the transfer of capital in Nha Pho Investment Co., Ltd. (*), as follows:

-         Ratio of transferred capital: 99.9% of Nha Pho Investment Co., Ltd.

-         Buying price: equal to the par value

-         Total investment capital: VND49,950,000,000.
