Anvifish Joint Stock Company (Anvifish Co.) announced that it would issue 1,398,000 shares for an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), with main details as follows:

-         Stock code: AVF

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total number of shares: 27,960,000 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 27,960,000 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 0

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,398,000 shares

-         Total issue value (based on par value): VND 13,980,000,000

-         Issue ratio on total shares: 5%

-         Financial resource: VND13.98 billion from the retained earnings tax at December 31, 2012.

-         Transfer restriction: according to regulation of ESOP issued according to Resolution No.16/NQ-HDQT dated October 14, 2013.

-         Time of implementation: in January 2013.
