The BOD of An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved a stake transfer of 2,720,000 shares in Binh Dinh Mechanic and Mineral J.S.C at the value of VND27,200,000,000 as follows:

-         Price: VND10,735/share

-         Transfer method: transfer all shares to other shareholders.
