DIC: Information disclosure

DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company disclosed information as follows:

-         To contribute capital investment and set up DIC Chita Technological Equipment Joint Stock Company (DIC CHITA) with charter capital of 5 billion dongs in which DIC-Intraco contributes 3 billion dongs or 60% of DIC Chita’s charter. The legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoai.

-         To buy back production system of Rotary Kiln Portland cement Clinker with capacity of 1,200 tons/day with worth 165 billion dongs from Huu Nghi Cement Joint Stock Company.
