DLG: Announcement of capital transfer at a subsidiary

On December 20, 2013, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC approved the transfer of contributed capital at its subsidiary Duc Long Gia Lai Hydropower JSC to Mr. Bui Phap (Chairman of Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC) and Mr. Nguyen Van Quy, as follows:

-         Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC transferred VND36,246,500,000, or 3,624,650 shares, to Mr. Bui Phap.

-         Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC transferred VND7,150,000,000, or 715,000 shares, to Mr. Nguyen Van Quy.

The holding ratio of Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC at Duc Long Gia Lai Hydropower JSC decreased from 4,690,000 shares (94.76%) to 350,350 shares (7.08%). Therefore, after December 20, 2013, Duc Long Gia Lai Hydropower JSC is no longer a subsidiary of Duc Long Gia Lai Hydropower JSC.
