-         Offering price (estimated): VND44,000/share

-         Offering volume: 3,000,0000 shares

-         Offering time: in Quarter IV/2013

-         Total mobilized capital (estimated): at least VND132 billion.

-         Ratio of the registered offering volume to the outstanding volume: 7.4%
