EIB: Board Resolution on Consulting Shareholders

Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the Board Resolution on Consulting Shareholders dated November 05, 2013 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to consult shareholders in writing as follows:

-         Record date: November 20, 2013

-         Contents:

+         Using profit after tax of 2013 in buying back shares for treasury shares;

+         Assigning the BOD to conduct related procedures.

This resolution takes effect as from November 05, 2013.
