BIC: Resolution of the EGM

BIDV Insurance Corporation announced the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) on November 04, 2013:

Article 1: Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Xuan Hoang, Mr. Dang Quang Vinh and Mr. Trinh Minh Tam as member of the BOD.

Article 2: Approving to elect another member of the BOD in the term from 2010 to 2015:

-         Mr. Ton Lam Tung

-         Mr. Le Ngoc Lam

-         Ms. Dang Thi Hong Phuong – Independent Board Member 

Article 3: Approving remuneration of the Independent Board Member from November 01, 2013 was maximum VND30 million/month.

Article 4: This resolution took effect on November 01, 2013.
