SHI: SonHa SaiGon Co. becomes an associated company

Son Ha International Corporation announced the change of holding ratio in SonHa SaiGon Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         The holding ratio of Son Ha International Corporation in SonHa SaiGon Joint Stock Company decreased from 51% to 30% on November 06, 2013. Therefore, SonHa SaiGon Joint Stock Company has become an associated company since that time.
