On November 05, 2013, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted certificate to HAGL Joint Stock Company to offer An Phu Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares to the public as follows:

-         HAGL’s capital in An Phu Co.:  VND359,700,000,000

-         Stock type:                                    Common Stock

-         Par value:                                     VND10,000

-         Total offering volume:                32,957,385 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND329,573,850,000

-         Distribution time:      within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.
