PXS: Board resolution on an ESOP

On November 12, 013, the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company approved the resolution on an ESOP as follows:

Article 1: Approving the plan for ESOP:

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Name of stock: stock of Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Offering volume: 1,238,078 shares

-         Offering price: not less than VND10,000/share

-         Offering method: the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

-         Offering date: in 2013

-         Transfer principle: 01 year from the finish date of this offering. 

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the BOD Chairman to execute necessary procedures.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from November 12, 2013.
