VCM: Recovering capital at Vietnam Trading and Manpower Development JSC

-       Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC owns 687,700 shares with par value of VND 10,000/share (accounting for 68.77% of charter capital of Vietnam Trading and Manpower Development JSC)

-       On 25/09/2013, the Company signed contract to transfer 487,700 to staffs of Vietnam Trading and Manpower Development JSC with price of VND 10,000/share. After the transfer, the Company will own 200,000 shares of Vietnam Trading and Manpower Development JSC (accounting for 20% of charter capital)
