HAP: HAP to issue bonus shares

On September 20, 2013, Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company has announced that it will issue shares to raise its charter capital from owners’ equity:

-         Stock code: HAP

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Number of shares issued: 28,075,261 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 27,919,791 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 155,470 shares

-         Number of shares to be issued: 4,187,968 shares

-         Total value of shares to be issued: VND41,879,680,000

-         Exercise ratio: 15:100 (each shareholder owning 100 shares will be received 15 new shares)

-         How to deal with fractional share: the bonus shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down. Fractional share (if any) will be cancelled.

-         Financial resource for the issuance: capital surplus

-         Record date: November 26, 2013.
