BOD of Drilling Mud Corporation announced decision on the foundation of the
branch as follows:
Article 1: The foundation of branch

Fluids and Well Services (DMC – WS)
2. Office: 14 Pham Hong Thai, Ward 7,
Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province
3. Business lines:
+ Research,
transfer technologies, supply drilling fluids service, petroleum well repair
and complete service, well bottom processing; supply service of exploring, exploiting
and transporting petroleum;
+ Produce, trade
chemicals, materials and equipment for technology research and transfer; supply
drilling fluids service, petroleum well repair and complete service, well
bottom processing; supply service of exploring, exploiting and transporting
petroleum; and other industries;
+ Supply
logistics service
+ Services of
analysis, experiment of drilling fluids and chemicals in petroleum exploration,
exploitation, transportation and storage; service of physical and chemical
analysis of crude oil; service of storage, preservation of samples for
experiment.
Article 2: Assign General Manager to
direct functional departments under holding company – DMC to complete
procedures to establish the branch in accordance with current regulations. HNX
