SSI: Extension time of submitting consolidated financial statements of Quarter 3.2013

On November 13, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Official Document No. 877/2013/CV-SSIHO by Sai Gon Securities Incorporation to suggest the extension of submitting the financial statements of Quarter 3.2013 until November 25, 2013. Reason: In Quarter 3.2013, the company had to consolidate its financial statements with many subsidiaries/ associated companies which are also mother companies of other such as HVG, GIL, SSC, LAF, NSC, TMS, PAN, ELC, BBC, VFG. Therefore, SSI has to wait these companies relating their consolidated financial statements of Quarter 3.2013 to complete its financial statements.
