-         Record date:    November 15, 2013    

-         Purpose:           to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2012: 12%%/ par value

-         and cash dividend advance of 2013: 6%/ par value      

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 18%/ par value (VND1,800/share)

-         Payment date:  December 05, 2013       

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BIBICA Corporation, 443 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 8, Tan Binh District, HCM City  on the working days (MON to FRI) December 05, 2013.
