-         Ex-right date:     November 14, 2013          

-         Record date:     November 18, 2013          

-         Purpose:            to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2012     

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 3% (VND300/share)

-         Payment date:   December 18, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
