UDC: UDEC transfers the contributed capital in QuangNam Water Co.

On October 25, 2013, the Board of Directors of Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDEC) unanimously decided to transfer all of 3,240,000 shares in QuangNam Water Draining Supplying Joint Stock Company at VND10,000/share. The Board authorized the CEO to sign a transfer agreement with UDEC’s partner.
