LGC: Report on the result of additional issuance

Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company has reported the result of additional issuance as follows:

-         Total offering volume: 8,283,561 shares

-         Bought volume: 6,867,158 shares

-         Unsold volume: 1,416,403 shares.

-         The Board of Directors decided not to distribute 1,416,403 unsold shares to other investors. Total value of 6,867,158 successfully-sold shares will be added to increase the Company’s charter capital to VND68,671,580,000.
