SHI: SonHa withdraws capital in a subsidiary

On September 30, 2013, the Board of Directors of Son Ha International Corporation (SonHa.,Corp) approved the transfer of all 1,680,000 shares in Son Ha Sai Gon Joint Stock Company. The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement the transfer and complete procedures.
