OGC: Ocean Group.,JSC transfers stake in 02 subsidiaries

Based on the board resolution dated September 27, 2013, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (Ocean Group.,JSC) approved to transfer all contributed capital in Ocean Natural Resource Development Joint Stock Company and Ocean Agrifood Joint Stock Company (OAC) as follows:

-         The company will transfer 4,410,000 shares or 69% stake in Ocean Natural Resource Development Joint Stock Company and 7,900,000 shares or 79% stake in Ocean Agrifood Joint Stock Company.
