ITD: Announcement of New Chief Accountant

Innovative Technology Development Corporation (“ITD Corporation”) announced the change of its chief accountant as follows:

-         Ms. Truong Thi Phuong Dung, Chief Accountant of ITD Corporation, was transferred to the position of Chief Accountant of the Technology One-member Limited Company (*) of ITD Corporation (a subsidiary of ITD Group), effective from October 01, 2013.

-         Therefore, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Ms. Luong Ai Truc to replace Ms. Truong Thi Phuong Dung as Chief Accountant of ITD Corporation.
