On October 03, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.863/2013/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: BGM) as follows:

-         Ex-right date: October 14, 2013

-         Record date: October 16, 2013

-         Purpose: to hold the 2013 extraordinary general meeting.

-         Meeting time: November 06, 2013

-         Place: The meeting place will be noticed.

-         Meeting content:

+         To change the dividend payment ratio for the year 2011.

+         To approve the adjustment in the Company’s Charter about the capital increase from VND168 billion to VND192 billion after the Company was successful in the private placement of 2,400,000 shares on July 29, 2013.
