DIG: DIC Corp to wind up a subsidiary

On October 01, 2013, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) issued a decision to approve a policy of dissolution of DIC Trading and Services Limited Company (DIC T&S) for the purpose of corporate restructuring. DIC T&S is a subsidiary entirely owned by DIC Corp. It is located at 02 Thuy Van, Thang Tam ward, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
