HU1: HUD1 withdraws capital in HUD8

On September 30, 2013, the Board of Directors of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved plan to withdraw the capital contributed in HUD8 Housing and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company with the following main content:

-         Number of shares offered to be transferred: 500,000 shares (equivalent to VND5 billion)

-         Method of transfer: via a public auction.

-         Beginning price: VND10,100/share

-         Time of implementation: in Quarter 4/2013.
